RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Do you have a question about our return and exchange policy?
We are more than happy to get your items back if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
All items are returnable or exchangeable.
You have 30 days from your order date to request a return by simply sending us an email email@example.com
All items MUST be unworn and with original tags attached.
Make sure items are unwearable and has no sign of any product on it.
We will start a refund as soon as we get the items back.
We offer FREE exchanges for domestic orders but return orders shipping costs it is up to customer responsibility.
If you choose a refund please allow a 3 - 5 business days to see the refund on your credit card.
You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
What should you do if you get a damage or defective item?
Please send us an email immediately firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the damage and a short description. In this case a full refund including shipping will be provided or you can exchange to a brand new item.
We deserve the right to return to the customer any item that does not comply with the return policy ;)
